Services & Expertise

The better future of the world starts with the work we do today

For over a decade I’ve helped organizations solve problems and build great products. My design is human centered, building empathy into the core of the product and putting user’s needs first in the design decisions. I enjoy developing simple solutions for complex problems that create a lasting impact on people. I work cross-functional within an organization to ensuring the product meets the needs of all while also achieving their goals.

My Design Process

I start off first trying to understand the root of the problem of the users before designing. From there we decide on a solution to try and build a simple test to validate if this solution will solve the problem. The whole point is to quickly validate the solution with a simple prototype, not to immediately build a complete product. Unvalidated assumptions are risky and expensive.

1

Empathize

  • Stakeholder interviews & discovery
  • User research
  • Data analysis

2

Define

  • Oppurtunity framing
  • Personas
  • User journey mapping

3

Create

  • Information architecture
  • Detailed user flows
  • Low-fidelity wireframes
  • Visual design

4

Prototype

  • Simulate the user experience with interactive prototypes that address core problems

5

Test

  • Validate the solution
  • Usability testing and A/B testing
  • Retrospectives and insights for the future

6

Rinse and repeat

  • Go back to the drawing board and iterate/experiment based on testing results
